Derlin Properties was established in 2000 and we are a proud, family operated property business based in Perth Scotland. We are fully registered and have a large portfolio of properties in Perthshire, Fife and Edinburgh.  We own & manage all of our properties and do not act as an agent for anyone. This enables us to be very responsive in all aspects of property renting and management.

If any of our tenants call for whatever reason, they will dial us directly. We have an experienced team of fully trained and registered tradesemen ready to go. This unique aspect sets us apart from the competition as there are no added agency fees or delays. 

Our service is professional and friendly and we always make certain that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. We pride ourselves on builbing our company on recommendations and referrals by gaining the trust and confidence of our tenants. With many of our current tenants being repeat customers we feel our track record speaks for itself.
